How will I know I'm actually saving money?
I'm sure there are places you regularly call each month. It'll be easy for you to see the reduction in per minute charge from your current service to ours. If you have a bill handy, I can give you an example. Find a place you call repeatedly, then figure the per minute charge on a daytime, weekday call. Then figure how much the Telegroup charge would be.

What's the catch?

Telegroup has agreements with major carriers where we guarantee them that we will use a very large amount of long distance each month. In return, we get their best rates normally only given to their largest customers. We then pass these rates on to you with a small markup.

Why don't carriers offer this directly? They do, but only to their largest customers. We've contracted with the carrier for millions of minutes per month in long distance usage. In return, we can pass the best rates on to you.

What do I need to do to sign up? It takes less than 30 seconds to request an application form.  It will take about 5 minutes to complete the information we need about you (phone numbers, type of service desired, etc.) to put you on our program. It takes approximately 2-4 days to put you on our service. Simply complete the form and e-mail it in to us.

Are there any installation or changeover fees? Any other fees? There are no installation or changeover fees from Telegroup. There are no monthly fees except Global Access 800 which has a $20/month fee and GA Traveling CallBack which has a $9.50/month fee.

What if I'm dissatisfied? You can cancel our service at any time.

Does this help all my lines (including fax)? As long as you tell us all your phone numbers, all your calls will be billed at the low Telegroup rates. If you add any new lines or delete old ones, be sure to tell us.

What if I need to see the actual rates you charge for calls to certain countries? We can fax or e-mail some rate sheets and materials to you.  Leave us email with a request for the countries you are enquiring about.

What if I'd like to see an analysis of my bill to see how much I'd really save. If you fax us 3 or 4 sample pages of a typical bill and the summary pages, then we can analyze them for you.

Our company needs accounting codes to track billing. Can Telegroup provide them? We offer 5 digit accounting codes.

Will my GA Telecard work for international calls? Absolutely, and save money doing so. You can also use your GA Telecard to call from about 50 foreign countries to anywhere in the world at great savings over other calling cards. The GA Telecard in conjunction with our GA Traveling CallBack service allows you to call from just about every touchtone phone in the world at even greater savings than with the card alone.
