Telecard Rate Sheet

Effective Date: July 1, 1998 To compute your cost per minute, add the rate in the 'FROM' Column of the country from which you are calling to the rate in the 'TO' Column of the country to which you are calling. Calls can only be made from the countries with a rate in the 'FROM' Column. In Russia, calls can only be made from Moscow; in China, calls can only be made from Shanghai. Rates do not include U.S. pay-phone surcharges, U.S. Long Distance taxes. International Value Added Taxes (VAT) or other taxes and fees. GA Telecards cannot be used to call Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Ukraine.
