Global Access VIP

For people in other countries to call other countries at inexpensive US rates. It is actually less expensive for French people to "bounce" the call off US to call Turkey, than to call Turkey directly. And vice-versa.

1.From your touch-tone phone, dial 1-212-257-1111, wait for special tone and enter 6-digit PIN.

2.You will hear a high-pitched dial tone. Enter the first two digits of the country code for the number you want to call + the pound key (#)--OR--when calling within North America, just dial 1+#.

3.Hang up, and you will be called back in a few seconds.

4.When you pick up the phone, you hear a GA dial tone.

5.Dial the country code followed by the number you want to call, followed by the # key. When calling the US, Canada, and the Caribbean, dial 1 + area code + number. No need to dial 011.

Global Access Direct

For people in the US and Canada to call anywhere, or other countries

1.From a touch-tone phone, dial 1-800-393-1000.

2.If the customer is calling from their phone, skip to step 4.

3.If the customer is calling from a non-registered phone

(for example, a pay phone), he customer enters his

10-digit authorization code, followed by the # key.

4.Dial the country code + the number, followed by the # key.

This is also works for people who want to stay with MCI, Spring, or AT&T.

Global Access USA

Same as Global Access Direct - USA

Global Access Direct - Denmark

Telegroup has GA for people in many countries, for example the Danish.

Examples: GAD-Germany, GAD-Netherlands, GAD-Japan, GAD-Hong Kong, etc.)

1.From a touch-tone phone, dial the access number 361-50366 (for GAD-Denmark). If using your phone with a dialer, dial 361-50384.

2.If you are on Teledenmark's digital service and calling from your registered telephone number, proceed to the next step. Otherwise, after you hear the bong tone, enter your PIN.

3.Dial 00 plus the country code and the destination number.

4.Press #.

5.To make additional calls, press ## (pound key twice).

Global Access Telecard

For people on the road, anywhere in the world

1. From a touch-tone phone, the customer dials the toll-free access number for the country from which the call is being placed. The back of the folding GA Telecard has a list of countries with their toll-free access numbers. For example, in the USA, it is 1-800-249-0010.

2. A bong is heard followed by the voice prompt: "Please enter the country code and number you wish to call followed by the pound (#) key, or press 9# for more options."

3. After several seconds, another bong tone is heard followed by the voice prompt: "Please enter your authorization code followed by the pound (#) key."

Global Access TollFree / 800

For people in other countries who want USA customers to call them toll free. For example, a winery in France can run an ad in the USA with an 800 number to call them.

1.Calls can be received from the U.S. and Canada at customer's overseas location.

2.Agent gives customer the 800 number to call in the U.S. and Canada so customer can publish it. Confirm the number at overseas location that the number will ring to.

3.When customer or salesperson dials the 800 number in the U.S., our switch routes the call to the overseas location and the GA 800 customer is billed for the 800 calls.

Global Access Callback

For people in other countries with government run phone monopolies who want to call the US at our low rates.

1.From your touch-tone phone, dial your U.S. DID number. You must dial the normal international prefix (which varies from country to country) before dialing the DID.

2.After one ring, hang up.

3.A computer in the U.S. recognizes the number and calls you back immediately.

4.When you pick up the phone, you hear a GA dial tone.

5.For calls to the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean, dial 1+area code+number. For calls to other countries, dial country code+number (do not dial 011).

6.If you use the account code feature, you will be prompted to enter the Account Code.
