Magic Jack Tips and Trouble Shooting

Some ISPs from small countries block the usage of the magicJack though.. Examples of the countries are, Korea, Dubai, and Trinidad and Tobago.. The ISPs on those said countries are blocking the MagicJack and they don't give an explanation.. (Maybe competition issues)

Rick: no such choice
I would then install the Magic

Rick: "Hardware and sound"

Mara: Alright, please click on sound.

Rick: ok

Mara: May I know if you see there a subtitle under Sound?

Rick: "Adjust system volume"

Rick: OK there is "Manage audio devices"

Rick: OK, I am on Playback tab

Mara: Alright, click on "Manage Audio Devices" .

Rick: ok

Mara: Then click on "Handset"

Rick: ok

Mara: then click "properties"

Rick: ok

Mara: and then select the "levels" tab and turn up the volume. Volume was on 32 , turn it up to 68.

Rick: ok

Rick: Shall I test it now?

Mara: Yes, you can try it now.

Rick: ok it works now thanks
